“If you pursue excellence, success will tackle you.” This motto has been a guiding principle in Diana Barrios Treviño's life and career. The San Antonio native has been actively involved in culinary media as a key player in her family’s restaurant group founded in 1979. In addition to other San Antonio broadcast and news media platforms, she has appeared on NBCs (Sinclair) “San Antonio Living” lifestyle show for many years and continues to be a recurring guest. In 2025 she was the featured interview on the “San Antonio Profiles” docuseries. Her national media credits include a “Good Morning America” live cooking segment with renowned Chef Emeril Lagasse; the “Today Show,” Food Network shows “Food Nation with Bobby Flay,” the “Dasani Slam Dunk Skillet Showdown” during the Final Four College games (which she won in double overtime), Chef Bobby Flay surprised and challenged Diana Barrios Treviño to a Puffy Taco Throwdown at La Hacienda de Los Barrios, “Tasting Texas with Patrick Duffy” and “Throwdown with Bobby Flay” “Moveable Feast with Fine Cooking” and Chef Pete Evans on PBS, to name a few.
In June of 2002, her cookbook “Los Barrios Family Cookbook ~Tex-Mex Recipes from the Heart of San Antonio” (Random House) launched on NBCs “Weekend Today” in NYC. In June 2010, Diana was invited to cook at the White House representing the Southwestern part of the United States at the Congressional Picnic. Diana Barrios Treviño has won multiple awards and in November 2023 was honored with “The Rosemary” award for Excellence in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Entertainment at Women in Film & Television Texas’ prestigious The Celestial Awards™. The award is named in honor of Rosemary Kowalski, who was a founding member of the San Antonio chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier where Diana Barrios Treviño is a member. Diana Barrios Treviño is an honorary member of Women in Film & Television Texas, and continues to be affiliated with major nonprofit organizations.
Diana, along with her brother Louie and sister Teresa operate Viola’s Huge Heart Foundation, which honors her mother Viola who was a beloved San Antonian. Diana balances her life as a full-time mother to Jordan, Evan, and Diego and has been married to Roland Trevino since 1988.

Caitlin Rademaekers Foose is an award-winning television producer who focuses primarily in reality competition, comedy, lifestyle and food-centric programming formats. A sampling of her work includes producing FOXs "Lego Masters" starring Will Arnett" and she is on the writing and producing staff of the long-running regional show "Good Taste with Tanji" distributed on networks throughout Texas and online. In 2023, Caitlin directed a short documentary that was featured at the San Antonio Film Festival.
In 2020, Caitlin won two Telly Awards for branded content she shot, produced and edited for Methodist Healthcare. In 2018, Caitlin Rademaekers Foose was nominated for a Primetime Emmy award and Producer's Guild Award for her work as supervising producer on "Top Chef: Kentucky." She is a member of the San Antonio chapter of Les Dames d'Escoffier and Women in Film & Television Texas.

Stacy Seaborn is a hospitality veteran with over three decades of experience in the San Antonio area and deep ties to the community. Her most recent role was the property opening Director of Sales & Marketing for InterContinental San Antonio Riverwalk. Seaborn previously worked at the Hotel Valencia Riverwalk, first as Director of Catering and Conference Services and later as Director of Sales and Marketing.
Seaborn graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts and a Minor in Food Service Management. Her enthusiasm for the hospitality industry comes from her enjoyment of interacting with people and being able to contribute to their experiences.
She sits on the board for Special Reach, an organization that provides dynamic enrichment programs for children with developmental delays and respite for their families, and volunteers with Dress for Success San Antonio. She is a member of the Council of Commissioners of Women in Film & Television Texas.

A native San Antonian who lived and worked in NYC and LA for 25+ years, Ceslie Armstrong is the Chairwoman and CEO of Women in Film & Television Texas founded in 2023. She is the CEO of CESLIE Studios (founded 2003 in NYC and now located in downtown San Antonio near The Alamo) and The BeXar Studios, Executive Producer of NYTEX Productions, and Publisher at Armstrong Publishing house.
She is an award-winning media and entertainment executive; writer, director, multimedia publisher, art curator, creative director, and advisor to major organizations, platforms, and brands who engage her for her expertise in media and entertainment; and, business models focused on tentpole entertainment brands. She has been featured talent and host on thousands of hours of live and recorded broadcast TV & radio including Good Morning America, CBS Morning Show, The View, and many more. She has held senior editorial positions and featured in major national women's magazines including Marie Claire, Cosmopolitan, InStyle, Mode, Grace Woman, Glamour and many more. Armstrong has packaged and produced premium original IP and programming for major networks, and studios including NBCUniversal, CBS, CNN, FOX, MTV, Sinclair, Hearst, Apple, HULU, IMG (New York Fashion Week) and many more.
She is the publisher for the state of Texas for Global Village Publishing’s INNOVATE and Women of the Future series of luxury coffee-table books. In addition to producing live theatrical and experiential IP, Armstrong is a pioneer in early internet-based broadcasting, and produces content across digital and streaming formats. She has produced Grammy award-nominated and winning artists; interviewed world leaders, top celebrities, and influential icons globally.
In 2017, the State of Texas commended in a Senate Resolution entered into law and adopted by the 85th Legislature naming Armstrong for the commitment to excellence in journalism and a Resolution was prepared as an expression of esteem. A long-time New Yorker and part-time Angelino, Armstrong now resides in her hometown of San Antonio, Texas, downtown not far from where her first TV gig was as a "kid reporter" for NBC at the world's fair: HemisFair '68 was mounted. Her first film appearance was in The Sugarland Express (1974) filmed in San Antonio and Steven Spielberg's directorial debut; and her first live audience theatrical professional dance performance was at the Lila Cockrell Theatre.
